Chip graduated Cum Laude from Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance.
After graduating in 1989, Chip worked in the investment/insurance industry as an independent/sole proprietor, and as an associate of Krempa Insurance. In 1994, he merged his business with his father's and brother's businesses, which became Krempa Associates, Inc.
He is a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS)®, Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent and Broker, a Registered Securities Representative of The Investment Center, Inc., and is in the process of receiving his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation.
Active in community relations, Chip is on the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Branch of the American Red Cross, and was the recipient of the Silver Anniversary Society Award from The Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.
